When you visit a website which serves content in multiple languages, Windows can automatically share your language preferences with the website. This will help the website to serve you in your preferred language and you do not need to individually set a preferred language for each website.

This is actually possible because by default, Windows allows websites to access your language list. So if you’ve more than one language installed via language pack, websites can read this and directly provide the content based on languages you’ve installed or using. If you ever need to disable this default behaviour, here is how you can.
