1. Open File Explorer.

2. Inside File Explorer, navigate to the following folder:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\SecurityHealth

3. Insider SecurityHealth folder, you’ll find SecurityHealthSetup.exe named file. Right click on this file, select Run as administrator.

When you right click SecurityHealthSetup.exe file and run it administrator, a blank window should flash for few seconds. Once you observe it, you can then retry to open Windows Security should work as expected, like the issue never occurred.
