Reset Windows Security in Windows 11
Method 1: Using Command Prompt
1. Start by opening Command Prompt by selecting Run as administrator from the right side.
2. Now, copy and paste the below mentioned command.
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
3. Press Enter and wait until the command is executed successfully.
This command will reinstall and then re-register the Window Security app on your Windows 11 device.
Method 2: Using Settings to reset Windows Security in Windows 11
1. Open Settings app directly or by pressing Windows + I keys together.
2. Click on Apps from the left pane, followed by clicking on Apps & Features from the right side.
3. Now, locate Windows Security and click on three dots beside it.
4. Click on Advanced options from the context menu (as shown in the screenshot below).
5. Press on Reset option under the Reset section of Windows Security.
Method 3: Using Windows PowerShell
1. Open Windows PowerShell by clicking on the Run as administrator option.
2. Now, copy and paste the below mentioned command (refer the screenshot mentioned below).
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
3. Press Enter and wait until the command is executed successfully. Now, close PowerShell window.
Any of the above mentioned methods can be selected if the user wants to reset Windows Security in Windows 11. As all these methods are equally effective.

I have tried all three methods and could not solve the Windows Security issue. I see a blank screen when opened from the ‘start’ or ‘settings’. Please help!
