4. Then in next screen, scroll down and under Back up to a different drive, click on Stop using drive button.

5. Finally, click on back arrow on top and return to previous screen. Here, you can use Add a drive button to select another drive. Windows will ask you migrate the data from existing File History drive to newer one.

You can also change File History drive using Control Panel, as described in Method 2 below.

Method 2 – Via Control Panel

1. Open Control Panel and select File History.

2. In File History window, you must spot Turn off button for currently selected File History drive. Click on that button to stop backup for that File History drive.

3. Then in the corresponding left pane, click on Select drive link.

4. In the Select Drive window, you can choose another drive you want to use for File History backup.

5. You’ll be then asked to move existing File History backup data to newer one. You can put your choice and continue.
