How to downgrade Windows 11 Enterprise to Pro edition
Manual steps
1. Press 
+ I keys to open Settings app.
2. In Settings app, go to System > Activation.
3. Under Activation, click on the Change button next to Change product key.
4. Now type in the Pro edition generic product key as follows and click Next:

Note: Generic product key is only for edition change.
5. Then click Activate button under Activate Windows.
6. In few moments, you’ll find that your edition is changed to Windows 11 Pro and Windows is activated as well because you upgraded the same system to Enterprise edition earlier.
7. To completely change your system to Pro edition, restart now.
8. After restart, Windows 11 Pro will reflect everywhere, typically on Desktop watermark, and About Windows. This means the downgrade process is completed successfully.
So in this way, you can downgrade from Windows 11 Enterprise to Pro edition.
