Note: If your Windows installation is on a different drive, replace “C:” with the appropriate drive letter.

4. Now start back services stopped in step 2.

net start wuauserv

net start cryptSvc

net start bits

net start msiserver

5. Close Command Prompt.

Manually install the Windows 11 25H2 enablement package
